Swear I’m not failing yet | Day 5 of 90

Soooo… obviously I spoke way too soon the other day when I said I had a load of energy. I literally felt like death yesterday. UGH! But it’s okay because I still stayed on track!! Even though I forgot to take pictures of my food.

Today has been a MUCH better day. I have my energy and back and I remembered to photograph almost all of my meals! And on top of everything, I had a great weightlifting workout at the gym today.

Today’s recap:

I was in a hurry to get to the gym this morning so I had a repeat breakfast from Monday: power crunch bar and coffee. I’m not complaining. It was pretty tasty!

After my lower body workout I, once again, had a muscle milk. I really need to start packing my own protein… oh well. Baby steps, right?

For lunch I didn’t get to take a picture because I literally had 5 minutes in between clients to inhale my food! But I had a grilled shrimp and veggie fajita salad loaded down with hot sauce. It was freaking delicious.

For dinner we had another HelloFresh meal! This one was called pork bulgogi meatballs with carrots and zucchini over rice. I seriously love these meals so much! And it’s cutting down on food waste which is fantastic.

I’m so sorry I’m cutting these posts so short. I swear I’m going to get better about blogging but work has seriously been wearing me out lately. What do you guys want to hear about? Do you want me to share more about my workouts? Let me know please!!
